Everest Luxury Trek Difficulty for Beginners and Experienced Trekkers

Everest Trek is a moderate to difficult trek level considering the trekkers' fitness level. The trail leads up to the highest altitude of the Everest region through a steep and rocky trail. Therefore, physical and mental fitness is key to completing the trek. Crossing different suspension bridges, climbing steep hills, and narrow path is never easy. Moreover, altitude sickness is another challenge trekkers can face during the trek. It could be a real challenge for beginners, so proper acclimatization, hydration, and plenty of drinking water are essential. However, for experienced trekkers, it is a moderate trek. Although they need to be careful. Despite its difficulties and wilderness, the EBC trek is a rewarding and remarkable experience.

Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek Preparation

Even though the EBC Luxury trek sounds luxurious, preparation is a must. Physical and mental preparation is the first thing you need to look after. Before embarking on this trek, ensure you have no health issues. Walking continuously for 10-12 days on an average of 5-6 hours a day is challenging. Therefore, pay attention to your stamina, strength, and endurance. We suggest getting involved in exercises like cycling, jogging, walking, and weight lifting. Better physical fitness, there is less chance of altitude sickness. Likewise, trekking gear and equipment are also equally important for the preparation.
