The complete remote Manaslu experience: Tsum Valley culture + Larkya La Pass adventure in one guided trek.

The Manaslu Tsum Valley Trek is an 18-day guided Himalayan journey that combines the sacred villages of Tsum Valley with the dramatic high-pass adventure of the Manaslu Circuit. This trek is designed for experienced trekkers who want a complete route: Tibetan-influenced culture, remote monasteries, wild valleys, views of Mount Manaslu, and the crossing of the Larkya La Pass at 5,106 meters.

This is not only a shorter cultural trek into the Tsum Valley. It is not only the classic Manaslu Circuit. This is the fuller version of the Manaslu region—walking into the hidden Buddhist valley of Tsum before rejoining the main Manaslu trail toward Sama Gaon, Samdo, Dharamsala, Larkya La Pass, Bhimthang, and Dharapani.

If you are looking for a less crowded Nepal trek with real mountain depth, village culture, and a strong sense of remoteness, the Manaslu Tsum Valley Trek is one of Nepal’s most rewarding alternatives to Everest Base Camp and the Annapurna Circuit.

What Is the Manaslu Tsum Valley Trek?

The Manaslu Tsum Valley Trek is a combined trekking route in Nepal that joins the remote Tsum Valley with the Manaslu Circuit. It usually takes 18 to 22 days and is best suited for experienced trekkers. The route includes Buddhist villages, Mu Gompa, Samagaun, Samdo, Dharamsala, and the high crossing of Larkya La Pass at 5,106 meters.

Why Choose the Manaslu Tsum Valley Trek?

Choose the Manaslu Tsum Valley Trek for the most complete trekking experience in the Manaslu region. This route gives you two different journeys in one itinerary.

First, you walk into Tsum Valley, a sacred Himalayan valley known for Buddhist monasteries, stone villages, prayer walls, and Tibetan-influenced culture. Then you continue toward the high-altitude Manaslu Circuit, crossing Larkya La Pass, one of Nepal’s most beautiful high mountain passes.

This trek is ideal for trekkers who do not want to rush the Manaslu region. It gives you enough time to experience both the cultural depth of Tsum and the alpine challenge of the Manaslu Circuit.

Main Highlights of the combined Manaslu Tsum Valley Trek

  • Explore one of Nepal’s most beautiful restricted trekking regions.
