Nepal Visa Information

Nepal Tourist Visa can be obtained upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu. However, if you are coming from India via Bus, get a visa at the India-Border point at Kakadbhitta, Bhairawa, or Nepalgunj. Likewise, via the Nepal-China Border, Kodari is the point to get yourself a Nepalese visa, if you are coming from China through the Highway.

  • USD 30 for 15 days of Visa. 
  • USD 50 for 30 Days of Visa. 
  • USD 125 for 90 Days of Visa. 

How to extend the Nepalese Visa? 

If you need to extend your stay over here in Nepal, you have to extend your visa as well before it expires. So, to extend your visa, please do visit the Department of Immigration in Kathmandu. It costs you USD 45 if you stay 15 more days after your visa expiry date. Afterward, you just have to pay USD 3 per day. If you fail to extend the visa on time, you will be fined or even get arrested.
