The Everest Panorama Trek begins with a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. A scenic mountain flight takes you to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. The trek begins with an easy walk along the Dudh Koshi River to Phakding, passing suspension bridges and small Sherpa settlements.

After having breakfast, you will set off for the Namche Bazaar. The trail gradually ascends through pine forests and crosses several suspension bridges.     The flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and back is diverted to Manthali Airport, Ramechap, in peak season. It is because of the air traffic at Kathmandu Airport. Hence, for this Everest Panorama Trek as well, you have to travel to Ramecchap, driving for 4-5 hours and catch the flight. Often, trekkers will travel at midnight to catch the flight the next morning.

    How hard is the 7-Day Everest Panorama Trek?

    The Everest Panorama Trek is an easy-to-moderate level trek suitable for all age groups. Having said that, trekkers will encounter several steep ascents and descents during the trek.
